40-Pin Diagnostic Cable for Li Auto
The 40-Pin Diagnostic Cable is a specialized, high-precision interface tool designed for professional-level diagnostics and servicing of Li Auto (Li Xiang) electric extended-range vehicles (EREVs). This cable connects directly to the vehicle's primary 40-pin diagnostic port, typically located within the cabin or service panel, providing deep, manufacturer-level access to the vehicle's integrated electronic control systems. It facilitates critical communication between the Li Auto and a compatible diagnostic computer running official or advanced third-party software, enabling comprehensive system scans, module programming, and in-depth data analysis for the powertrain, battery management, chassis, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
Function
- Establish deep-level diagnostic communication with all vehicle electronic control units (ECUs).
- Read and clear fault codes from all systems, including high-voltage battery, electric motors, range extender engine, and ADAS.
- Perform module programming, coding, and software updates (SOTA/FOTA support).
- Access and monitor real-time data streams from the Battery Management System (BMS), electric drive unit, and thermal management system.
- Conduct system adaptation and calibration procedures (e.g., for sensors or after component replacement).
- Diagnose and service the extended-range generator (gasoline engine) control systems.
- Access chassis, brake, and air suspension systems for diagnostics and adjustments.
- Enable advanced functions for troubleshooting complex vehicle network (CAN/LIN/Ethernet) issues.
Support Car Models
This cable is compatible with the complete lineup of Li Auto vehicles, which utilize the 40-pin diagnostic interface. Supported models include:
- Li Auto L9 (Full-Size Smart Flagship SUV)
