Update/Support Subscription for AUTOVEI Kits
All new Truck Explorer kits include 12 months of “Update and Support subscription”.
To ensure the best VEI use experience, you need to keep your VEI firmware up to date with the latest changes. Our support team always will try to help you to use our hardware.
What is included in the subscription?
- Our support center helps with “How to use VEI device”;
- VEI and DC2U firmware updates (fixes, improvements);
- Free MR (PLD) flash files download from the database (Limits: 5 files per day / 20 files per month);
- Always latest Truck Explorer software version.
- Availability to purchase new licenses
- Availability to purchase tokens
Important!
We do not offer consultations or technical support for the actual repair process. For repair guidance, we recommend consulting forums or seeking assistance from other experienced engineers.
To purchase an additional License you must have a valid “Update/Support subscription”.
You can order a subscription anytime and get all the latest updates, but the price depends on expiration days.
- If you buy within 30 days from an expired day, you will get a 50% discount. Price: 480 Eur/year.
- If you buy within 31 – 90 days from an expiration date, you will get a 35% discount. Price: 620 Eur/year
- If you buy within 91 days month from an expiration date, it will cost 960 Eur/year.
Update and Support Service Terms & Conditions:
- Update and Support Service can only be bought for hardware that you already own.
- Once purchased, Update and Support Service cannot be transferred to another hardware device or another user.
- Support working hours: Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. GMT+2 (excluding public holidays). Response time up to 24 hours.
