Autel calls it the Total Care Program (TCP), it includes:

• One-year subscription to the latest vehicle coverage – extended coverage for older vehicles / updated coverage for newer vehicles.
• One-year subscription to the latest firmware updates for the tablet and VCI.
• One-year hardware Limited Warranty extension for a defective or malfunctioning tablet. Discounted service fee for battery replacement/head unit (tablet) replacement. Limited Warranty covers device failure, it does not cover damage caused by user misuse or mishandling of liquids.
