Mercedes-Benz All Keys Lost Service
📋 Service Description
Losing all keys to a Mercedes-Benz can be a critical situation, often leaving the vehicle completely immobilized. Our comprehensive “All Keys Lost” service provides a seamless, turnkey solution to get your vehicle back on the road. Whether you have completely lost all data or just need a new synchronized set, we supply the fully programmed parts required for a direct plug-and-play engine start.
Requirement Details:
- Original Lock & Key Set: If available, the original mechanical lock and key set from the vehicle must be provided (as shown in the reference image). This ensures the mechanical key matches the new electronic ignition data.
- All Data Lost (No Keys Available): If the customer has lost all data and physical keys, simply provide us with the vehicle's VIN. We will use the VIN to generate a complete set of synchronized data and supply the corresponding replacement parts.
Support Procedure:
- Submit VIN: Provide us with the specific Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of the vehicle.
- Verification & Parts Preparation: We will verify the VIN and determine the required components. You then have two options:
- Option A: We send you all the necessary brand-new spare parts (EZS/EIS, Keys, DME, TCM, etc.) fully pre-programmed and ready for your vehicle.
- Option B: You remove the existing spare parts (EZS/EIS, DME, TCM, etc.) from the car and ship them to us. We will program and synchronize them to make the parts fully plug-and-play, then ship them back.
- Payment Settlement: Complete the payment for the service and parts as agreed upon.
🔧 Tools Requirements
Because we handle the complex programming and synchronization on our end, you do not need advanced diagnostic or online programming tools (such as XENTRY or Vediamo) to complete this job. However, the installing technician will need:
- Basic Mechanic’s Hand Tools: Screwdrivers, sockets, and wrenches to safely remove and reinstall the EZS/EIS, DME, and TCM modules.
- Steering Wheel Removal Tools: Required for accessing and replacing the EZS/EIS steering lock and ignition module.
- 12V Battery Stabilizer: Recommended to maintain voltage stability when installing the new modules to prevent data corruption during the initial power-up.
