License VOLVO DIAG – allows to read & write FLASH & EEPROM of engine control unit TRW EMS.
Volvo truck.

Supported versions:

1. TRW EMS2.2
2. TRW EMS2.3
3. TRW EMS2.4 (only Flash)

Operation modes:

1. DC GPT
2. JTAG

In DC GPT mode:

• Read / Write full Flash and EEPROM
• Auto checksum
• On the bench without opening ECU
• On-bench diagnostics by cable

In JTAG mode:

• Read / Write full Flash and EEPROM
• Need to open ECU and solder adapter
• For recovery. No checksum.

Hardware requirements:

• VEI V6/V7 device
• Direct Connect 2U tool with OBD2 power cable
• DC2U-EMS234 cable
• DC2U-ISP-JTAG+BDM dongle
• DC2U-JTAG8 flex adapter
